STEP 1
Be sure to start the adjustment strap at its root (shortest level/close to the center).

STEP 2
Bind it between your waist and pelvis with a tight enough tightness.

STEP 3
Hold out your chest and pull it horizontally. If the plates are too close (or you feel that the pulling force isn't enough), refer to the 'Two Essential Rules to Follow' on the front page.

STEP 4
Fixate the adjustment strap directly in front of your body with the best tensional force you can provide and loosen easily with one touch.

Align the pelvis into proper position. With the belt wrapped tightly around the buttocks and hips, lift the legs in a crossed position for 10 reps to help with pelvic alignment.

Wrap the belt based on your purpose: top of the pelvis for lower back pain, the area where the hipbone sticks out for pelvic care, and around the abdomen for training. If using it for multiple reasons, match your size with the chart. If unsure, choose one size larger. Sizes available: S (73 cm/~29 inches), M (83 cm/~33 inches), L (96 cm/~38 inches), XL (115 cm/~45 inches). Share with loved ones and friends of similar size.

You can. Simply fold the belt, put it into the laundry net, and put it on a soft wash. If you don’t use the net, it might cause damage to your clothing. It’s also recommended to dry indoors to prevent color fading.

Though high-durability materials are used in its making, it may weaken a little. Even then, the strap keeps the tape down and makes it difficult to come off easily.

It depends on how much you use it. But it has been tested in Japan and withstood a 331lb pull test without a hitch. Even after 441lbs were applied, the line still held intact. But the line itself can be cut if you’re carrying sharp objects or leave it open for domestic animals to take a munching to.

It’s probably not best to wear it while sleeping. It’s specifically designed to be used during the daytime. So if you’re sleeping with it on, certain regions of your body can have lowered blood flow.
If you experience any pain or discomfort, remove it immediately.
